Love that tangle!

A challenge from our own Diva again, good to have her back!

'Crazy Nzeppel with Molly' it's called and there is a video from Molly working on it. I really do like this tangle, but don't use it very often. Now I intent to change that because I realize that I don not only like, but LOVE it.

I started with a tile colored with the Eco Dye method some weeks ago and wanted to do some circles to start with. The tile is light beige, hard to see in the scan. I did this last night and had a great time tangling! And .. I like the end result too :-)

Last week I thought it was time to do a (pre strung) zendala; almost forgotten how pleasant that is. I still miss the challenges Erin, The wise Owl, had for us for a long time.

Thank you for visiting my blog and I hope you leave me a comment; I do appreciate that a lot. Work created by fellow tanglers can be seen at 'I am the diva'.

Blessed be!

Autumn; cozy tangling

And, quite unexpected, again a questblogger, well two to be precise: Juliette Fiessinger and Kellie Fellinge. You can find out who they are on the Diva's blog.

I hope I do understand what the challenge is about, because it was a bit difficult for me. Cozy and autumn, two words that I took with me in this challenge.
For me this time of year means closing the curtains in the evening and burning incense and candles. I took a warm red tile, that has that feeling for me and started tangling without thinking, just for fun and doing what makes me feel good.
This is what came out of that mindset:

Last week I created a bookmark on blue paper. In drew it with a white pen and the result is one I do like.

Two squared

And yes, after a well deserved holiday, our 'good old' Laura (sorry Laura) is back.
The family had a great summer and has even grown: with a puppy called Luna!

The challenge of this week is 'String it: 2² (two squared)'; meaning to take two squares as your string. I did two overlapping squares on a pre-colored tile and started tangling. Like I do a lot of times, I made the string lines double.

I did like working on this one.

The next tile is the one I have been tangling while working in the hospice in July and August. When I'm working there sometimes it's a bit quiet and we (always working with two volunteers) sit at the kitchen table having a coffee. You can see how little time there was for tangling in these two month, just one tile
done :-)
